Steps to 12 South

The guesthouse is on the back of the property. When you park on the driveway there is a gate steps away that access the backyard. The backyard leads to the entryway. Once you open the first door, you climb stairs to the top where the entrance to the guesthouse is. Once inside you walk into a spacious living room and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils, cookware, and coffee. There is a full fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a Peloton bike that is available to use in the living room. The living room has a comfortable couch with a 55" inch SmartTV. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, with plenty of storage for clothes. There is an en-suite bathroom that includes a full shower and toilet. Air mattress available by request!
